Liturina will be touring the north of England, combining concerts with education! 'Hidden in Plain Sight' showcases Lutheran Chorale Preludes from Buxtehude to Bach, reimagined by Liturina. These melodies, central to Lutheran worship and life, will be performed in the German Lutheran churches across Bradford, Nottingham, and Liverpool, culminating in a grand finale at Manchester’s Stoller Hall. The tour includes baroque chamber coaching at Chetham’s School of Music and a world-premiere of a new work expanding Bach’s BWV 1040 with the winners of Liturina’s competition for young composers. The tour highlights Liturina’s dedication to new commissions, genre-crossover, and innovative performance.
